I've decided to start a blog. Christmas is already over which I can't believe it seemed like forever for it to get here. It was Colton's first Christmas and boy was he spoiled! Of course he just wanted to play with the toy a second then the wrapping paper and then it was on to something else like trying to pull the Wii pr PS3 off the shelf. I got Robert a PS3 for Christmas and his mom got him Guitar Hero so that's all we've been playing. I'm addicted. I let Colton stay behind in Arkansas for a week after we left to stay with his Queen Nana and Mister G, that's his grandma and grandpa of course and that's what they want to be called haha. Tonight is NYE and Robert and I are excited about getting to go out. We've been out a few times but I can count the number of times on one hand we've actually went out without Colton. Not that we're protective but the family is all back in Arkansas and Robert has tons of friends here that actually want to watch Colton but we feel like we're pawning our child off on someone else so we can go out. We just feel weird doing that and I guess at least a few times a month we should go out by ourselves so we don't lose ourselves in being parents. We just feel we had Colton he's our responsibility.
Colton is almost a year old. Can you believe it? I've got to get all his invitations today and get them sent out by tomorrow to make sure everyone gets their invites on time. His birthday is January 16th and we still haven't decided whether or not we're doing Chuck E Cheese or just at our house. I love planning parties! Nikki and I planned the Halloween party and it turned out great. Next year we're having Christmas at our house so no travelling to Arkansas and I plan on throwing a huge Christmas party. I just hope with Colton's parties I don't end up actually thinking a clown is a good idea for the kids hahaha. I'm sure I won't. Colton's party is going to be dinosaur themed. All the baby dinosaur stuff I've seen is just so cute and I've made up my mind since he was born that that's what I was going to do haha. Unless Party City has cuter stuff in.
Anyways, I still love Colorado and when I went back to Arkansas it was nice to visit but I don't think anyone could pay me enough money to move back there. Well they MIGHT be able to but it depends on how much haha. It's 11:55 and I need to eat something. So that's that for now.
